Junior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

1.Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
2.Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
3.Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
4.Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
5.Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
6.Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
7.Provide input into department’s goal setting process.
8.Support month-end and year-end close process.
9.Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
10.Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.          11.GST, TDS, PF & ESI Filing

Senior Project Manager

  1. Responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned construction projects to meet quality, cost, and time targets.
    2. Coordinates daily site activities, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress.
    Monitors schedules, manpower, materials, and machinery at site.
    3.Ensures compliance with drawings, specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.
    4.Prepares progress reports and supports billing, inspections, and handover activities.
    5.Coordinates with Project Manager, consultants, and internal departments for timely completion.

Junior Admin Executive

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Ensure proper maintenance of all site assets.
    2. Handle and maintain petty cash transactions and records.
    3. Manage and monitor stationery, groceries, and other stock requirements.
    4. Provide coordination support to the sales team as required.
    5. Track and follow up on AMC contracts, renewals, and payments.
    6. Coordinate with service vendors including milk, water supply, and network providers.
    7. Monitor and oversee CCTV surveillance systems.
    8. Maintain systems and IT equipment in coordination with the IT team.
    9. Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness across the premises.
    10. Oversee day-to-day office maintenance and repair works.

QS & Billing Engineer

  • 1. Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs (Rate Analysis).
    2. Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for contracts. 3. Valuing completed work and arranging for payments. 4. Preparation of contract documents, including bills of quantities. 5. Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.

Store Executive

  • Material Management – Receive, inspect, and store construction materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Inventory Control – Maintain accurate stock records, conduct periodic audits, and prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Issue & Tracking – Distribute materials to site workers as per requirements and track usage to minimize wastage.
  • Vendor Coordination – Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, verify invoices, and report discrepancies.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain stock registers, update material consumption reports, and submit reports to management.

Assistant Manager Sales

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: attending walk ins.

2. ⁠Sales Presentations and Demonstrations*: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
3. ⁠Client Relationship Building*: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and drive business growth.

Site Engineer

  • Site Supervision & Execution – Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with plans, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Project Coordination – Communicate with contractors, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely material availability.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance – Monitor construction quality, enforce safety regulations, and address on-site issues promptly.
  • Progress Tracking & Reporting – Maintain daily work logs, track project progress, and report updates to management.
  • Labor & Resource Management – Supervise site workers, assign tasks efficiently, and manage resources to optimize productivity.

Senior Pre-Sales Executive

  • Calling clients and giving product information and converting to site visits.
  • Answers questions about the Flats.
  • Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
  • Using and Updating Telemarketing Software.
  • Meeting Individual Targets weekly basis and monthly basis.
  • The main objective of a telemarketer is to promote the growth of the business by expanding the company’s customer network.
