Store Executive
- Material Management – Receive, inspect, and store construction materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Inventory Control – Maintain accurate stock records, conduct periodic audits, and prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Issue & Tracking – Distribute materials to site workers as per requirements and track usage to minimize wastage.
- Vendor Coordination – Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, verify invoices, and report discrepancies.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain stock registers, update material consumption reports, and submit reports to management.
Assistant Manager Sales
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: attending walk ins
2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations*: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
3. Client Relationship Building*: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.

- Site Supervision & Execution – Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with plans, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Project Coordination – Communicate with contractors, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely material availability.
- Quality & Safety Compliance – Monitor construction quality, enforce safety regulations, and address on-site issues promptly.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting – Maintain daily work logs, track project progress, and report updates to management.
- Labor & Resource Management – Supervise site workers, assign tasks efficiently, and manage resources to optimize productivity.
Junior Pre-Sales Executive
- Calling clients and giving product information and converting to site visits.
- Answers questions about the Flats.
- Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
- Using and Updating Telemarketing Software.
- Meeting Individual Targets weekly basis and monthly basis.
